In July 2024, Langara College threatened to sue the Canadian Privacy Library for sharing this Microsoft 365 PIA. I received pro bono legal counsel from Norton Rose Fulbright and they responded on my behalf. Langara College has dropped the threat. The PIA stayed.
In October 2024, Langara College provided 21 PIAs in response to a May 2024 FOI request for all PIAs from 2014-2024. They are now part of the collection.
In March 2026, Langara College provided 2 PIAs in response to a February 2026 FOI request for all PIAs from 2024 to present. They are now part of the collection.
